CFM operates 7 days a week Monday – Saturday 4:30am – 4:30pm and Sunday 5:00am – 12:00pm with extended operating hours during major flower holiday weeks.

Mark Chatoff
Chief Executive Officer
Mark Chatoff is CEO, owner and founder of CFM. He directly manages all fiscal, operational, legal, marketing and leasing.
His career as an entrepreneur, investor, and downtown Los Angeles advocate began at age 21 when he traveled to Taiwan to import bicycles for wholesale distribution in the U.S.

Mark Chatoff is CEO, owner and founder of CFM. He directly manages all fiscal, operational, legal, marketing and leasing.
His career as an entrepreneur, investor, and downtown Los Angeles advocate began at age 21 when he traveled to Taiwan to import bicycles for wholesale distribution in the U.S.
At 22, he became Chief Executive Officer of American Sample Company, when his father passed away. He closed ASC in 1994. He later redeveloped the property to its highest and best use as a wholesale flower market.

In 1994, he became active in the Downtown Los Angeles revitalization movement as a founding member of the Downtown Los Angeles Property Owners Association. DPOA stewarded the formation of LA’s first property based business improvement district, the second of its kind in California. He continues to serve on the Board of Directors of the LA Fashion District BID.
Tony Abram
Operations Manager
Tony is a second generation property management professional. His full service property management career includes 25 years of service to the Textile Wholesale Center and redevelopment of the property to CFM in 2008. His direct responsibilities include community space management, day-to-day tenant relations, and coordination of a dedicated and experienced security and maintenance team. He works with the chief executive to manage a team of licensed electrical, plumbing, and specialized service vendors and oversees all other flower market operations.
